The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Kongu Polytechnic College is constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. The committee is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment where every student and staff member can learn and work with dignity.
The ICC consists of dedicated faculty members and an external representative from an NGO, presided by Dr. P. Seethalakshmi, SG-III Lecturer, Department of Basic Science. The committee ensures an impartial, transparent, and prompt approach to addressing grievances and promoting safety on campus.
